The larger-than-life star brings her memorable debut tour to The Masquerade

Hemlocke Springs put on an impressive show at the sold-out room at The Masquerade's Hell on her first solo tour. Her larger-than-life personality was captured early on in the show when she opened for herself as The Girl! During this set, she told a modern love story, filling the room with laughter, gasps, and cheers. Her expressions, props, and storybook added to the storytime experience where the audience was hanging by the edge of their seat over every word.

The main performance contained all Hemlocke Springs’ hits across her mixtape and debut album. The show drove home a message of being yourself unapologetically. It was full of color, personality, glitter, and theatrics. It felt as if you took a step back and entered a new vibrant world that peaked into the rawest version of Hemlocke Springs. Some of these moments were encapsulated by her use of props like the sparking sword, bubble gun, and a solo song to her dead, skeletal lover.
Hemlocke Springs has received praise from Doja Cat and has opened for Chappell Roan—she is the embodiment of Roan’s infamous sentiment of “your favorite artist’s favorite artist.” The Atlanta stop on the tour showed she has the star power and presence to continue to grow and climb to the top. There’s no one else putting on a show like Hemlocke Springs.
