A troupe of rising artists bring the energy to ATL for this summer tour's latest lineup

At the end of June, idobi Radio Summer School Tour made its way to Atlanta. Going into the show, South Arcade was the only band I knew, but the other five acts quickly won me over. Each band remarkably kept the audience engaged while dropping their anthems across the stage. While idobi Radio Summer School Tour was touring five rising artists, each show had a local artist for opening support.

Sarah and the Safe Word opened the Atlanta show, and it was obvious why. Their short, yet compelling, set rallied the showgoers with their musical performance and witty remarks. Once the main acts started to take the stage, you could feel the excitement in the air. Each artist had the audience jumping in the air and stirring up the moshpit. Although you might not have known the artist or songs being played, you couldn’t help but move to energy in the room. I can’t wait to see which rising artists idobi Radio Summer School Tour brings around next year.
